Welcome to the Connecting Waters website. The Connecting Waters East Bay (CWEB) Charter was granted by the Alameda County Office of Education on March 14, 2017. This school is enrolling students who reside in the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and San Francisco.



Announcing a new independent, personalized learning school, Connecting Waters, East Bay or “CWEB,” for TK-12th grades which will serve students in the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara and San Francisco.


Connecting Waters Charter Schools (CWCS) create collaborative educational communities expecting academic excellence in preparing students for college and career while providing individualized public education through challenging, unique, and varied learning experiences.
