How To Enroll

We are not accepting applications at this time. Our next open enrollment window is tentatively scheduled to post on May 31st. 

Our CWEB lottery scheduled for May 9th at 9:00 am has been CANCELLED due to the fact that the number of applicants did not exceed the number of spots available. 

If you completed your application during the open enrollment period your student(s) admission will be granted based on availability of teacher (ES) in your area and our Student Records Department will be contacting you via email with further instructions.

Required Forms

Your enrollment cannot move forward until all of the required documentation is received.

These documents can be:

  • Scanned and uploaded to your online application
  • Faxed to (209) 874-9531
  • Mailed  to CWEB Enrollment, 12420 Bentley Street Waterford, CA 95386
  1. A legible copy of the student’s up-to-date completed Immunization Records – including new Pertussis (Whooping Cough) requirement for students in grades 7 – 12.
  2. Proof of Residency 
  3. A completed Health Exam form (for Kindergarten and 1st grade students only)
  4. A completed Oral Health Assessment form (for Kindergarten and 1st grade students only)
  5. A copy of the student’s Official High School Transcripts (please retain the original for the initial enrollment meeting)*
  6. You will receive a call to make an intake appointment once the application has been processed and there is a teacher available in their service area
  7. You will complete the final enrollment paperwork and process during the intake appointment or
  8. If the meeting is informational they will finalize the enrollment process with the credentialed teacher

*  Your application will not be considered complete until these documents are received

 

Applications received without the required documentation cannot be processed until all items have been received.

Please note: DO NOT dis-enroll your student from their current school until you have completed enrollment paperwork during your intake appointment.

High School Students : WASC Accreditation Disclaimer and Non Transferable Courses

High School Students (Grades 9-12): As of the 2017-2018 school year, CWEB will apply for WASC Accreditation and seek full accreditation. If accreditation is not met:

1.      Coursework taken at CWEB may not be transferable to other high schools
2.      Most colleges require students to graduate from an accredited high school
3.      Non-accredited school graduates are not eligible for Cal Grant financial assistance for college
         or vocational
