Science Teacher

This position is primarily located in Union City at our Connecting Waters East Bay (CWEB) Resource Center. Part-time to Full-time credentialed science specialist positions available. Health benefits available. The job provides the utmost flexibility, creativity, and innovation. As the science specialist you would teach at our resource center and also travel with the mobile science lab to other locations as-needed by Connecting Waters Charter Schools (CWCS).  


Salary Info: $61,800 - $78,286 Depending on Experience/Credentials 
Length of Work Year: 185-192 Days (Part-time and Full-time Positions Available)

Resource Specialist Full Time in Alameda and Santa Clara Counties


Salary Info:  Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and education levels ($31.98-41.72/hour) or ($47,324.25 - $61,747.74 annual) prorated to FTE

Length of Work Year:  185 – Eight (8) Hour Days

Occupational Therapist – Part Time in Stanislaus and Merced Counties


Salary Info:  $48.00 - $55.00 per hour

Length of Work Year:  185 days prorated at hourly rate


Certificate/Materials Required for Occupational Therapist: 

1) OT Certificated application

2)Experience: Two years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist required. Experience working in a school or pediatric clinical setting is desirable.

3) Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.

4) Professional Graduation from an academic program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE), or accredited or approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association's (AOTA) predecessor organization, or approved by AOTA's Career Mobility Program

5) Certification & License Requirements: Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy License
